Shipping policy

Our TopSteel agent network will deliver to your site in Auckland, Waikato, Northland, Hawkes Bay, Horowhenua, Taranaki, Bay Of Plenty and the Canterbury Region.

Outside those regions we use trustworthy and reliable Carriers like Mainfreight to ensure our products can be collected from the carrier's depot.

We ship and deliver products only after receipt of payment. It usually takes about 3-4 days from payment until delivery.

Once your order is dispatched we will send you the tracking information and you will be able to trace your order anytime.

We are aiming for full transparency of the transport options at the time of check out, nevertheless we ask for understanding in case your location cannot be served by us. In such event you will be notified within 24 hours after you placed your order and we will provide alternative options.
